The flour we use is the best quality higher protein flour that is only available to bakers, milled from premium Australian hard wheats. From a family owner company where the latest milling technologies are employed to create the finest flour perfect for the products that we make and bake.

 

Burrum Heads Bakery Cafe has a preservative free policy. No propionate preservatives or mould inhibitors like Propionic acid, sodium, calcium or potassium propionate, 280-283. No sulphites or sorbate preservatives 200-203 will be used in our products. We will use only icing free from any artificial colouring.

 

100% Australian flour to make our preservative free breads. How good is it that? We use no preservatives, no additives, no artifical colourings and bake each loaf from scratch every day.
